Dear Sir/Madam, To migrate from Postpaid connection to Prepaid connection I have submitted application at Airtel relationship Centre,City Centre I, Salt Lake, kolkata on 30th June 2013. After a week when the new sim not activated, I again visited ARC, City Centre I, Salt lake on 6 July 2013. They took copy of my passport this time and said there might be some technical problem. Your prepaid sim will get activated soon. Till date (13/7/2013) my pre paid sim is not activated. Document Submitted: 1) Pan Card 2) Driving Lic 3) Passport 4) Application for new connection with Passport size Photo + Local reference Number with address 5) Application for conversion All these thing is harrasing me mentally. Due to this I need to go Airtel Relationship Centre again and again. Which includes travelling cost. Till date Rs.500/-

I want Prepaid sim to be activated and Postpaid connection to be closed as soon as possible. Also, I need cost to travel Airtel Centre from Bharti Airtel.
