The company had taken deposit of Rs 2,000 at the time of connection. Suddenly since last 1 year it is showing the amount as Rs 1,500. Moreover the company invariably sends the bills late and then debits Late Charges to the account. Moreover it has closed the connection by Misappropriating the deposit and debited lump sum the amount showing it as late payment charges ALL OF A SUDDEN.
