Airtel Miscommunicating user information

I Am Complaining to Airtel Since May-2012, for Correction of My Name on Airtel Bills. My Airtel mobile No. is -9571411114, I was Submit All relevant Documents to Airtel while Taking Mobile Connection, Even Further I Submit My Self Attested Documents to Airtel ARC at Queens Road, jaipur, Every month Since May-2012. But Every Time they told me that Next bill you Will Receive Correctly, But the Problem Is Still there, I Complained many Time On Airtel ARC , Airtel Customer Care, Airte Nodal officer & Airtel Appelete office. But They are not Correcting my Name on Bill. Bills are Still receiving With the Name of Ankit Kumar kothari, whereas My Name Is Anil Kothari.

Due to the Wrong Name on mobile Bills , I Could not Reimburse my Mobile usage, That Cost me by Adopting Connection of Airtel.it Approx Rs.5000/-.

Now I Want to refund All My Payments which I have paid with wrong Name, which is Approx Rs.5000/-, And Further want to receive Correct Bills.
