Airtel – misguide delay installation bb

i want to purchase a broadband connection i take the number from just dail on net nandlal broad band services… i take the no and call to mr nandlal gola he ask me exec is come to take the id n advance payment ……after 1 and half month i called him he is giving me execuses ur cheque is coming from company in 1 week … he is not responding me properly … i want my money back 500/- Rs and please take the action on him to misguide the customer…..from last 2 months am unable to use broadband services from that guy…… please solve my problem as soon as possible
