would like to bring in your kind notice that I Manoj Chauhan using Airtel voice service since last 13 years .I have a telephone No. 0755-4225799 I had received a call from Airtel Co. regarding Broadband connection , they told me that you will get 599 plan on the same number . But when their technician came to us & connected internet on another No. i.e. 0755-4225802 on 25-5-2013. when I asked their technician why it is showing another number so he asked me to speak his senior officer & his officer assured me that till evening they will merge 0755-4225802 in to 0755-4225799 hence I agreed for connection. But in spite of my several calls on different dates to different person’s they have not settled my problem till date .on 19-06-2013 I had been to airtel regional office and settled the matter with co. but still apart from this they are torturing me regularly till date regarding billing issue & asking me to pay the bill which i have not at all used. they are also telling me that they will take me to sue court. Sir so something for me I am getting depression bcz of this. I had told that I Will complaint regarding this consumer forum , but they told go & do whatever you want.

I want 1 lac rupees this much relief is genuine because I am suffering from may 2012 till today .
