Myself Aditya Sharma. Currently I am using Reliance CDMA (Delhi) and my reliance number is 7428802337. I want to port out from Reliance in Airtel. For this i visited at Airtel Showroom (Aditya Mall Indirapuram Ghaziabad) on 10/11/2013. I filled MNP form with the UPC code # RD295885 (Generated on 10/11/2013) and submitted all the documents to the airtel guy who was sitting over there. On 18th November I contacted to the same guy on his number (9871728314) which he provided me at the time of my first visit on airtel showroom to check the status of MNP request. He answered me that my application has been rejected. I asked him that why it is rejected, he replied that due to verification it has been rejected because the number i provided for verification that was switched off. I told him that number was not switched off, he replied i don’t know and advised me to resubmit the documents so i resubmitted the documents with the same UPC code on 19th November and he again charged me Rs. 20 for the new SIM card and at the time of first visit he charged me Rs. 220.

Yesterday i again contacted to the same guy to check the status, he said that the OLD request is still in processing and by mistake he provided me wrong information and he did not forwarded my new documents i gave him on second visit. I asked him that if he was not sure, why did he take my documents again and charged me again, he was unable to reply and also he was unable to provide me the status of my MNP request, Now it has been passed 13 days but till date i dont have any update of my request, i dont kno whats going on, i have been fed up by calling to the guy, whenever i contact him i always get the same answer that my old request is in processing and he dont kno that how much time it will take.
