Airtel Mobile – Billing Issues

We have received the bill of Rs. 1329.55, against the SIM [Mob No. 9958598XXX] which is still showing INVALID. If we are calling to customer care the are asking the SIM is activated. Also we have paid Rs. 250 for this SIM. We are not getting any relief from service provider, after getting bill I am mentally depressed. So please help us.

We want not to receive bill again and compensation of entire credit limit for this SIM. and don’t want to use this SIM.
