Airtel Mobile Disconnected when Moving from Pre-Paid to Post-Paid

My mobile is deactivated when i transfer from prepaid to postpaid. Neither prepaid nor postpaid customer care are helping. Both prepaid & postpaid has been deactivated from last 14 hrs. My business is hampering due to this. Please look to this issues asap.

I am not able to communicate with my office people or friend of business of mine. Please activate my postpaid number asap.
