Dear Sir/Madam, I have received a large bill amount of Rs 1610 this month , for the first 3 months the bill was coming around 700 , now suddenly the bill amount rose to 1610 even though my usage are same ,when i contacted customer care ,they told me that you have received increased bill amount of more than 950 ,and our billing department will contact you within 24 hours, but there was no call from them even after 3 days , on contacting again the guy there told me to hold as he will connect me to his manger and for more than 30 minutes i waited but all in vain, i request you to please look into this matter and kindly resolve my problem.
