My mobile no. is 9949250630. I am at present in an offer tariff of 1p/2sec. From the past 7 days I am observing that, airtel is charging irregular call charges like 1.5 p / sec, 1.75 p / Sec , 2 paisa / sec, 1p / 2sec & 30 paisa per minute etc.

I have tried a lot to bring this to your customer care, but I cannot contact your customer care in 198 option.

Finally I would say I am dam fed up with Airtel.

Set right this problem immediately, or otherwise I will definitely swith over to another service provider thro port
