I am using an airtel prepaid 3G sim issued from Tamil Nadu with mob no 9791573002 in Kerala for the past 2 months. I have been using 3G data during my time here and suddenly from 9th oct my 3G net stopped working. On 5th oct I recharged with a 10gb plan and a balance of 7.5gb is still available to me for some reason I can’t use. I have been in touch with the chennai customer care for a while and they promised to resolve this immediately but till date I am still suffering from this problem. Their service is so pathetic that I had to spend more that RS 100 just because they keep me on hold most of the time when I try to reach technical support. Please look into this matter.
