Airtel Mobile Not Changing Ownership of the nUmber

My name is Nadeem Ansari and my number is 9867228835. My query is that I want to change my mobile number ownership to my name since I am using this from 7 years. I went to your gallery near my house at Mumbai Central but they told me to change the ownership of your number you have to get it converted from prepaid to post paid. Tell me now why should I go for the post-paid when i am happy with my prepaid number. And this is not the first time when I am doing this I have done this previously for my other number too & at that time there was no issues so why does your associate at the gallery tells me to convert to post paid. I also know the reason why i am being pushed to conversion is because of sales of that associate.

And then when I ask for solution at your customer service number they tell me that it is possible without the conversion also so why am I being stopped from doing it. I see that your gallery people and your customer service associate are not on the same page and instead of giving me the resolution they are trying to miss-guide me. I also have checked this with other operators as well and they don’t have any such issue like you all in-spite they are offering me to join their network. Also i have put several comments and posts on your Facebook page but still no resolution provided. No solution given till now but at least some one should have the courtesy to reply me back. This is what you are doing to your valuable customers. Is this the customer service that you provide. I am really upset with the level of customer service being offered by you. Reply me back with the or call me ASAP and tell me the required procedures needed for change of ownership as this needs to be done urgently
