I have recharged my Bharti Airtel mobile no-96500203XX with 249 on 26/07/2013 02:08 through airtel money as per plan i should have got 500 std minutes but instead of getting actual benefit my number has been activated with 3g internet plan. I have tried to make call to 121 but they are not even raising my complaint and they disconnected my call 3 times.

I have the sms as well that i have recharged with 249, i am unable to call 121 from my number what kind of Wireless Service is this ? I think the Government must open Wireless Service to AT&T from the United States which can teach Customer Care to these indian companies.
