Dear Sir, I am having number 8420075145. Previously the connection was in postpaid and i was requested for convert the number from postpaid to prepaid on 19th march, 2014 at City center Airtel ARC and the request has been taken by Mr. Probhas from ARC. till now i have not received any massage that my number has been converted. I have complained to the customer care 15 to 20 times. but they have no response, repeatedly they have put my call on hold, even though i have complained Mr. Md Yousuf, adviser of verification department on 6th April, 2014 with C Id : 201403001870. but he has allso showing same response as before. If this type of service is being provided by the customer care then how can i believe on Airtel. So please its my humble request to you to do the need full as soon as possible. if not i would like to port from airtel to other networks from which i can get better response.
