Respected madam/Sir, We have a airtel prepaid connection connection form past one year we have came across a strange issue for the first time. An outgoing call was made from the number 9867024214 to a local cell number inside the mumbai circle on 15/Apr/2013 at 3.54.PM. After the conversation which lasted for couple of minutes we were shocked and amazed to know that 48 Rs was deducted from the last call made,then a call was made to customer care center in a hope for rectifying the mistake but the executive instead blamed us stating that we have added two zeros in front of the local mobile number due to which we have been charged at ISD rate.This is was worst explanation i have ever heard from any telecom operators customer care sure that it was useless to speak to him any more. I am writing this in a hope that the deducted rupees will be refunded back to my mobile number 9867024214. Thank you
