I had applied for airtel pre paid to post paid transfer for keeping same number. I had communicated to airtel representative.representative ensure that new post paid will start within 4 hours and i got the message for same. But it did not happen yet.

There is total unlikely behavior by Airtel regarding this case. Why they are not so much responsible about his work. So its should be airtel responsibility to provide the service on time and take appropriate action ASAP….
