I bought a new Airtel Prepaid connection no. 8527317686 last month, for which I sought a caller tune from a code no. 2590428. Yesterday (August 21, 2013) I called your customer care people and request to fix it up. Before he understood my requirement, he gave me tune and cut off. I found the tune different from my requirement. I lost about Rs 30 for speaking to him. I called second time, this time it was fixed correctly. I lost again some money for the talk. This morning I found my tune has been replaced. I called third time on the same subject. The executive did not fix it correctly. I lost money for the talk again. I called for the fourth time, this time it was fixed correctly. I lost yet another money for this talk. Out of these four calls to 543211, I should have been charged for only one. For te other three calls, whatever money you have debited from my balance, you should return. Because it is your inefficient handling and callousness. Further I decided to lodge a complaint through email. Your docket asked for a Customer ID, which I don’t remember. I called the 121 & 198 from my first Airtel number 98102 52954, and spoke to your executives three times. They did not give me the ID. I lost money for each of these three times. Sir, is it fair to dupe a customer of his balance money by such callous services? For the callousness of your Customer Care executives, I lost about Rs 90 yesterday and today. This money may please be refunded to my account. As if that is not all, I recharged for full talk time of Rs 200/ yesterday from my new connection 85273 17686. I was given Rs 175 as talk time. I bought this connection on July 25-26. I think I am entitled for the Full Talk Time according to your offers for new connections. Is not It? I shall appreciate if you kindly return and credit to me account my Rs 90/+ for the first issue and Rs 25/ for the two different issues. Thanks for bad services. Surajit Mahalanobis
