Dear Sir My Airtel mobile number is 9871945052 .On 20.07.2013 I went to your service centre at vasant vihar branch at New Delhi. As I purchased a new mobile which need a micro sim which I could get from your service centre only as I am residing in R.K.Puram area. The branch people collected me Rs 145.00 and then activated my new sim card given by them and they told that the charge is Rs 45.00 the remaining amount Rs.100 will be added to your account within 72 hours. But I am continually contacting with 121 but no response and they are closing my request. So now I am complaining that my amount Rs 100 may be added to my pre paid mobile. I am unable to contact them as I have no number and if I go it take rs 100 for up and down. So kindly help me to add the amount .Also you ask such cheating fellows and cancel his licence. Not only me so many people are quarrelling on that day with some short of the same problem. So it will look very bad and it will spoil the reputation of the company .I hope you do needful Already I lost the scope trying through 121 and 198.So don’t ask me to do the same Try to help me.
