I am the user of the number 9766058102 since 2008, suddenly my services are stopped on 23/07/2013, when i called the customer care, they are saying that verification process is not completed, I have submit verification documents thrice, at the time of taking connection, also when the govt. made mandatory to submit all documents. But Should the company inform me that this is the way for stopping any services without any intimation call or sms, I have to receive so many important calls, but i have missed, i have suffered so much, who will pay for it. so pls help me early.
