I have checked my special offers on Airtel Mobile using the uSSD Interface of *121# the offer was that on a recharge of Rs.200 on my prepaid I will get a talk time of Rs.220 I recharged my number with Rs. 200 on 30th June and 3rd July 2013 but the amount credited was Rs. 175 and some paise. I called the customer care executive on 3rd July & many times after that, at starting they listened to my problem but didn’t came with any solution. Also, after some time whenever I tried to call the customer care executive my call was disconnected with a message to dial *121#.
