I do have my Airtel Money account on my number 9096125XXX. Before some day’s recharged one vodafone number 8554840XXX by Rs. 249 using my Airtel Money account. I received success message mentioning that specified vodafone number get recharged by Rs. 249 but vodafone number didn’t received recharge benefit. When I called Airtel Money customer care they are saying that I recharged myself Airtel number 9096125XXX by Rs. 249. But even I didn’t received any benefits of Rs. 249 on my Airtel number. They registered my complaints number 13035871 on 12/01/2014 and then 13285271 (by Ishant Goil) on 19/01/2014 but on reply to both they said we will credit your amount Rs. 249 in next few day’s. But till date they not refunded my money. Please help me in this.

I want my Rs. 249 as well as all money spent on calling to customer care. Also as I waste my valuable time in it and fall in frustration they have to pay me Rs. 10000.
