This is with reference to my 3 previous complaints by phone for poor signal that my cell phone no.9840379140 has been facing at my office that is situated at NYNIAPPA NAICK STREET,CHENNAI-600003..Every time the person on phone has promised to look into the matter but now even after 4 months nothing seems to have been done.

I have been your customer now for over 10 years and this response does not speak good of your company,Kindly do the needful immediately and oblige.
