Sir I work as manager in PNB BKC Head bv office ( Treasury ). On my transfer from Delhi to Mumbai I got a number from one of the Airtel Group Leader by the name of Saurav ( Contact No 9892995880). My new number 7738467191 has not been activated from last 2 weeks. On asking the reason for delay it was said your verification is pending. After a lot of pursuance the verification was done on 23/03. Even after that my new number has not been activated yet. I am tired of asking for the reason from airtel agents. They simply say that it will be activated today tomorrow or talk to this guy who will be able to solve your problem. I have talked to atleast four persons but the issue still persists. My old no is on roaming as such a lot of my money is being wasted. This is the plight when PNB has corporate tie up with Airtel. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
