Airtel – No balance in Pre-Paid Account

Hi , I am a Customer Of Airtel post paid mobile and currently I am working in banglore as per the Plan I had taken, I can have 270 min of STD calls for a rent of 149 (+tax) . But after making a call it is not possible to know what I am having as balance STD minutes i am having as balance which is not at all accepted from customer point of view . When I called Customer executive she says that their is no provision as such.

A message should popular soon after every call showing how mush call or SMS or money is as balance and what is outstanding amount
