Recently iam porting vodafone(9000336928) to airtel. But my no in vodafone & airtel the vodafone signals are not rejected and there is no possible in recharge airtel & vodafone. Iam complaints three time in airtel stores and more times to customer care. Whenever iam calling to customer care the customers are telling the number fully activated in airtel. There is no problem in your mobile. But the number activated in vodafone & airtel outgoing calls are are going from two sims (vodafone & airtel). The calls & messages coming to vodafone not coming to airtel. Iam calling customer care on 11.08.2012 The executive said iam forwarding mail to our backend team and they will be solved in 2 or 3 days. And iam visited airtel show room on 11.08.2012 they also said forwarding complaint to backend team they will be solve your problem. But the number not activated in airtel. Iam calling nodal officer as on 13.08.2012 & 17.08.2012 they also said forwarding the mail to back end team and your no. does not active first time sim activatioin Please activate airtel and accepting continue in airtel. Please solve the problem as soon as possible. Other wise please tell me what iam doing for problem solving.
