Airtel – No Proper Connectivity

I had taken Braodband internet Coonection of Airtel on October 2013 , Last Week. I had Paid 3090.00 INR Which is For 2 Mbps Speed and For 6 Months Advance with 5 GB Usage every month. With Starting Connection is not working properly. After 15 Days they have changed my morderm as they said morderm is not working properly…so i had not used internet for 15 days. after changing the morderm i cant find speed 2 Mbps…it was just 18 to 20 kbps only.. so i cant work properly .. i had complaint 3 times but they are put me on hold. i had asked to make me refund …but the customer executive Mr Virendrakumar put me on hold and denied to give us me refund. Mr Ajay – Sales Executive who had given me Internet Connection is not picnicking up my phone since 10 Days.

I don’t want to Continue My Internet Connection With this Company and I want Full Amount Refund…Because i have to taken another internet Connection on Urgent Basis.
