My airtel mobile no 9557638391 i am activated 10 local/std minutes pack one day valadity at rs 5 . Dated 12-10-2013 . I am This pack activated in airtel *121# service as daily pack. After activate these pack i am call std no. But daily minutes pack not worked and call charg deduse my main balence . Then after i am call custumer care 198 and discuss my problem airtel said the plan is changed . These minutes work only local call but i am activated local/std minutes pack and i have reciev two confirmation message in activated 10 local/std minutes. This is not fair 10 minutes local/std means you call local and std both . But after activated pack std minutes not worked and main balence charged. This is 420 in custumer
