i had opted for Airtel Postpaid plan 10 days back. i gave all my necessary documents required. my Vodafone service was disabled from 00:00 hours 23rd Oct,2013. i was told that as soon as my Voda services stops, i will have to insert Airtel sim and it will start. but this was not what actually happened. yesterday whole day i was told that phone would start in 30 mins, 20 mins and false promises and assurances. today also the same story was repeated. now two days have passed. still my number is not activated. and they are fooling around. i have not been able to contact people neither people are able to contact me. i want justice and compensation for such kind of harassment, false promises and poor services and loss of time and work.
I want compensation for the time i have lost, inconvenience i went through and business orders that i could have got if my number was active.
