Airtel – Not applying discount pack

Reference number to all complaints made to Airtel – 1487164498 Hi, This is with reference to escalated bill I have because of not activation of International roaming discount package on my Airtel Number. I Called the Customer support on 1 st march for reactivation of the pack as I was leaving to KSA on that day. Customer support took the service request and assured me that it will activated on 5th march post expiration of existing pack. I called later to Customer support because of access billed amount and they confirmed about the service request and assured me for making the changes and calling back in 24 hours. I did not receive any call and have received my bill that does not have discount pack. I called again after bill was raised and asked the reason of not closing the service request on time and not calling back as promised. I have written few e-mails to Airtel but not receiving any responses. I called to them for checking their this irresponsible behavior to platinum customer. They apologized and told me to get back in three days. It has been 7 days and have not received call back yet.

Refund of INR 9000, written apology from Airtel, action against all those people who did not response with committed service level.
