Sir / Madam, We are using Airtel Mobile No. 9815111810, 9872492724 from the last 8-10 years. We have shifted 2 years back to new location and since then number of times we have given change of address request to Airtel at there outlets, soft copies sent to customer care email ids. but unfortunately they failed to update the address and hence due to non updation of address they failed to deliver bills at new address and we were not able to pay dues on time due to non delivery of bills, Airtel started charging late payment fee and now started barring outgoing numbers without any information. It’s all due to there internal poor coordination and poor services.
Address should be immediately updated, late approx Rs. 1000 on both numbers should be reversed, Mental trauma, harassment, inconvenience charges Rs, 10,000 to paid by Airte
