Airtel – Not providing service number disconnected

Sir, I have ported from Airtel to Vodafone for post paid connection on 01.11.2014.The no.was never fully operational as I could not receive call from MTNL landline and mobiles. A request was made to vodafone as my majority of contacts are on MTNL network. The reason for post paid connection was to ensure the connectivity during my visit to J&K from 6th NOV. I was not able to receive information from my office, home and family on the mobile because all were not able to call since 01.11.2014. Despite my requests the company failed to resolve the problem and discontinued my no. This has caused lot of inconvenience, hardship and mental agony as well loss of information and valuable time to me. Because of Vodafone inefficient services I am not able to use this no.during my visit to J&K and no sufficient time to take new no and intimate to all concerned.

The company should be fined appropriately for unprofessional attitude and incompetent technical proficiency. Further, as I have suffered a lot and vital information valuable time was lost a token monetory compensation of Rs.50000/- should be paid by the company to me
