i made excess payment because of the technical error on ICICI/airtel online payment portal. now i want to port out to vodafone for better quality network. i requested airtel to refund excess amount but they refuse. they also refuse to port out my connection to vodafone giving me false information.

I want the excess amount to be refunded. I want to switch my number to vodafone without any further delay.
