Dear Sir, I got a call from Airtel bharti and they told me to convert my mobile number (8588073xxx) from vodafone to Airtel and they told me they will provide me best plan. The executive came at my office and collect all documents and 250 rupees as per security purpose and promise me it is refundable money if i want to leave Airtel. But now i am not interested to convert my number and i have also told him when i got address verification call. Now i am trying to contact to executive to refund my money then he is not pick my call and also blacklist my number. He told me this is refundable fee but we can’t do it because our performance is show not good in our compliant. Please help me to provide this money. I am also attached payment receipt that i have receive from airtel executive.

Please return my security fee. 250 rupees.
