I recharged my airtel mobile 7259690373 on 06.10.13 twice for Rs.201/-each (total Rs.402) through Paytm using Internet Bankinng.The amount was debited my a/c and could not be credited my mobile talk time due to technical problem and the amount was parked on my behalf in paytm cash.Subsequently the paytm cash was debited on 06.10.2013 for credit of my mobile with talktime of Rs.402/-.But the airtel afforded credit to my mobile as processing fees (Rs.357.78) and service tax (Rs.44.20), instead of crediting entire Rs.402/-(201+201) to talktime of my mobile 7259690373.

I have suffered mental torture of not responding till date and my request to rectify and afford credit of Rs.402/-imediately.Please take up matter with suitable authorities to settle my grievance. Reference no of AX-AIRCCM is CONRC21009230378 registered on 09.10.2013
