Airtel – payment deducted recharge not done they dint even replied properly

i recharged my no. on 23/12/13 via airtel website my money was deducted and i got a confirmation mail from airtel butnstill that recharge was never made and then when i called customer care thesy said no such recharge was done and they have not received any moeny i have my statement of crdeit card and also airtel confirmation mail with me..everything to prove i am not lying thank you ankit sharma 09829137352 i can provide all the necessary details if required further

i want my money back and a proper apology in written from airtel as i have wasted my precious time in writing mails to them and they dint even replied properly
