Airtel – plan change charged me extra

i changed my plan from prepaid to postpaid 1. they took very long to get me a new sim as my older sim was already blocked 2. they offered me a plan of 199 and at the time of billing they charged me extra and when i contacted them they told me that the plan for which i am talking is never being a plan and from the last 10 days i am calling them again and again for the same but the issue is still the same i bought a plan a 199 i am attaching the pic of the plan detail

i was in a tension got scolded by the family for a huge bill unable to use internet on my phone which cause my many of the problems i have insulted in office because i didnt replied to the mail and many more due to that my incentive of 7000 is rejected
