Airtel – plan charges differ poor response by staff

I got a recharge of Rs.27 done on 28/02/14 which availed me a call-fare scheme of airtel to airtel at 20p/min and other carriers at 50p/min including first 120 seconds at 2p/second. Well with the mindset of the specified call-fare, I had been making calls all the while. But then on 11/03/14, I realized that my balance is getting deducted too fast and when I checked, it turned out that for my balance was getting deducted at 60p/min irrespective of the minutes i am talking. For the same, when i went to a Airtel relationship centre, where i was not even dealt with by a physical person but instead connected to a customer care executive over a caller ID. When I iterated the whole injury to the executive, he handed over the call to his supervisor, who despite of my numerous request for my compensation as to bring my balance back to the balance as on the date of the recharge, he just said “I am sorry. We can just refund back Rs.27 for the amount you recharged” and we had to end the call. Post that I asked the staff to make me meet manager who at 5 P.M in the evening was out for lunch. I got his number from an executive and called him up. After i told him about my injury, he told me they cannot help me and i have to only mail the head office. While when i called another manager of theirs named Maqsood, he told that he will mail the office the details and try to get me my compensation. Which when i followed up the next day, he said they cannot help. Here now I do not just feel cheated, robbed and defrauded but also I am under a lot of mental pressure because of the non-compliance put forth by the company. Its a shame, the way company and its people has done business with its customers. I here do not just want to claim the money involved in the balance deduction but also for all the efforts being put in the order to get the claim. It is a sheer mental pressure.

I want the company to return back my balance as it was on 28th february 2014. And plus Rs. 30000 for the emotional distress and mental pressure caused due to the injury and the non compliance by the staff.
