This is regarding the poor network in my apartment and regarding this, I am contacting airtel from Jan’2013 and there is no action taken on this I have filed a complaint 63424.4.2013 in the CORE center and there it was mentioned that the issue is resolved. Though the issue is not resolved, it was simply marked resolved. I would like to pursue this further as the issue is not resolved. I also would like to know about the actions that were taken to resolve this issue so that I can proceed legally further.
