Cell phone services provided by Bharti Airtel Ltd do not work where I live in south Delhi. Calls frequently, and voice quality is mostly poor. I cannot use the Internet when inside the house, which is in the J Block area of Kalkaji (close to Alaknanda Market). I demand that Bharti Airtel Ltd compensate me for the distress caused by having to run outside to receive and send calls. I cannot access the Internet from my phone despite paying for the service. I deem it Bharti Airtel Ltd’s responsibility to ensure all services I pay for, as promised in its advertisements.

I demand a compensation of at least Rs 50,000 from Bharti Airtel Ltd for the distress caused to me and my family members and friends. They cannot call me whenever they want.
