1. I purchased a post-paid mobile connection (number 8800229657) on December 5, 2013 and was told that the connection will start in 24-48 hours. 2. I contacted with Airtel customer services, and they told me no such number is there. 3. I contacted one, Ashish Jha of Niyati Infocom. H promised that the connection will start on evening of December 7, 2013. 4. Since the connection did not started I again contact Ashish Jha. He promised that the connection will start on December 8, 2013. But the connection dis not started. He fraudulently and with the intention of cheating tols me on succession days i.e., of December 8, December 9, December 11 that the connection will start on next day. 5. Till date the connection has not started.

1. Want my documents given to Niyati Infocom back along with money I deposited with them. 2. Compensation of Rs. 1,00,000 for unmountable loss caused to me.
