on dec.2013 1st week i applied to port my idea no. to airtel post paid i provided all the required documents they did verified everything but the connect did not got activated, thn after calling to the dealer thy said there was some problem please again submit the documents and we will reinitiate the process, i did provided the documents again n this time thy did not provide me any sim card on calling to airtel customer care they told me that they have updated some other sim card no. which i wasn’t having with me then again i called the dealer, they were very rude n were not accepting there mistake that they did not delivered the sim card and said please again submit the documents promising that this time they will resolve this problem but here i m now a month is now about to be over my no. is deactivated and not yet ported to airtel post paid. i have applied three times and yet not got the results.

i want my no. to be ported as soon as possible or them to reactivate my no. to idea only and also to refund my money which they have taken as advance payment.
