I have purchased a new connection by filling online form from your web site.

After filling the form i have received a call from the number (8130345500) fm your Noida office for new connection, i have listen her properly and provide her address for documentation, somebody came to my house and collected all the required documents with Rs 250 (Refundable) on dated 14/8/13.

Connection details as given below which is given to me :-
Name – Deepak Sohal.
Number – 8130345500,
Sim No.- 8991 10130 13082 16342 H-1,
Home Address – 32 D patparganj village New Delhi.
Till date that number is not Activated and even when i call to ur executive at 8130345500 (who convinced me at the time of purchasing ) not ready to listen and respond properly .. Now even they are not picking my calls …is this is the service of airtel… I am very disappointed with ur services ..
Now please tell me how to get my money back (Rs 250) which is refundable…
I am already using Vodafone(9654295005) and they are providing very good services than you which is fact..
