Dear Sir/Madam, My Airetel Postpaid number is 9662045670. airtel number 9662045670 bill number 262766830 relationship number 1029946003 My bill plan new cug2 – gj(as on 04-dec-2013). I found the regular monthly bill near about 300 Rs.. But in this last month I got the bill of 568 Rs. with 199 Rs. inclusion of internet plan activate. I was not request/SMS/Activate any kind of internet plan. without my permission also Airtel automatically activate the internet plan and its amount included in my previous month bill. As well as I was not use any single KB of memory from my cell phone. Kindly generate the new bill without 199 Rs and its taxes and send me on my e mail ID as fast as possible. In future, I dont want any kind of internet or GPRS services on my this number. Kindly note it down and permenantely dissolve this internet and this stuff of services from this number as well as dont make any call from your side about the internet and GPRS activation. Really from this kind of service from company like Airtel is reallt Unexpected. Kindly regenrate my bill and provide me the fast solution.
