My Airtel Post-Paid Mobile phone no is 9560293669 and credit limit is Rs 10,000. But i have got bill of Rs 65,000 and facing unnecessary harassment from the company’s side to pay the huge bill.
Why no warning was sent upon 80% exhaustion of Credit Limit ? Why the Mobile Services were not blocked after a threshold of say 2x the credit limit ?
Is it fair to just issue some Bill which is 6x the regular usage and ask to pay ? Please do the needful to resolve this issue as soon as possible as I have not used your service so much.
