Hi, I lost BB device mobile on Jan 25 2016 and Have Police Petition Compliant no 3416. My concern is I already Informed Airtel Customer Care to Disconnect the service permanently, they also agreed the same. But Again this month Bill has been generated from Jan 22 to Feb 22 2016. How the bill will be generate those above mentioned periods without using any services and properly disconnected. Now the Customer Care said it was suspended not disconnected.., it your fault not mine. So please not down the Request number: 68080724 Request you to Disconnect permanently. Note: if you see the below mail, CC team mentioned usage charges? What usage charge will apply lost mobiles also deactivated services? Thanks Jay
