Airtel – Post / Pre paid connection both not working no response from store

On 01.12.2013, I was contacted by the executive of Prudens Intellisys Pvt. Ltd., 487/36, 1st Floor, National Market, Peera Garhi, New Delhi – 110087 for conversion of my Airtel Prepaid Number (9810741885) into Post Paid and on 03.12.2013 I paid Rs.250/- vide receipt no:- 7518 to Mr. Sachin of M/s. Prudens but as he was not having Micro SIM at that time so next day he gave me the Micro SIM. But on 03.12.2013, he has genearted the Receipt with SIM No:- 8991 1013 0132 4859 554 and forgot to change the SIM No on the receipt. Now, from 07.12.2013 my pre paid number and post paid sim both are not working due to NO SIGNAL. SIM No which i am having is:- 8991101301325103572 H1 instead of SIM No:- 89911013 0132 4859 554 H1 My post paid plan is of Rs.299/- per month(400 local call minutes + 150 STD call minutes + 500 MB 2G Data). I am getting msg and call on my alternate number :- 9911541885 to call on 59059 to verify the documents but due to no signal i am not able to call there too. You are requested to please intervene in the matter and start my number which is not working since Saturday. I am contact with the Nodal Officer and as per their instructions i went to the Airtel Store today to collect the Swapped SIM but that outlet refused to provide the same as it deals only with NEW POST PAID & PRE PAID CONNECTIONS. As a result of all this that my number is still not working which has already activated on some other SIM.

Start the number as early as possible and penalty should be levied because ultimately i am suffering.
