Hi, i am Airtel postpaid customer in airtel. Last month i have changed my plan from 299 ultra to 399 My plan. Because without any intimation those guys are changed my previous plan and when i called to customer care they said bcoz of increase in cost we have changed plans like carelessly.But i dont have any prior intimation on this. Those guys are so obedient towards the customers by giving careless replies(lol). Fine. I agreed their part and continuing with their mistakes. Next time When i talk to the guy earlier when im changing my plan he told me clearly that i will get charged for only the days i have used but not the full amount. (I though like you will charge 299rs/30 days then will charge for 2 days like 20 rs) There is the actual logic which he dint explained me. Total benefit will get divided and amount will be charged on that. And those guys divided and said that i used nearly 200 mb of data in 2/3 days. How come it will be possible. Every month i will use hardly 600MB data in 1 month but now you are saying i used nearly 200MB data in 2/3 days. In fact i never used such huge amount of data. Even though i used then the customer care guy should explain me all these things coz i dont know hidden rules of you. Finally they have charged me extra of 250 rs for stupid 2g data for 200mb Im looking like a fool to pay 250 rs for 200mb data Update me about my 2g data usage and check it. They gave me a wrong details n wrong bill which i dont want to pay. Waive off that false fee of 250/-. Thanks
