I have airtel prepaid simcard. Representative of airtel company called me from +919867097xxx & told the post paid plan i.e. in 200 INR I will get 200 minutes, 500mb 2g data, once 200 minutes over they will charge me 65 INR & charge me to call on airtel to airtel 10 paise for 1 minute & airtel to other line 30 paise for 1 minute & ask me to pay INR200 & to submit documents for identity & address proof. I submit documents to their representative. They promise me that post paid plan will start on 23rd Jan 2014 at 1200noon. i.e today. but my plan is yet not started then I call them, & again they promise me that card will start after 2 days. Now I received two msges, msg 1.Prepaid to postpaid conversion of yout airtel mobile number 9833145589 has been initiated. Your address verification will happen within 72 hrs. Msg 2. Due to incomplete verification of your billing address, your prepaid no could not be converted to postpaid no. Visit nearest airtel centre for details.

Start my postpaid plan as soon as possible. Strict action against airtel. This should be flash in news.
