I have a airtel prepaid sim has no. 998XXX8478. i received a massage regarding game club service. what is game club i don’t know but this service start without my permission from jan 2016. my balance has been deducted three times from jan to march 2016. i.e. 80-99 Rs per month. when i talked with customer care he has replied that i has start this service from 06.01.2016. i was nothing done for this service. sir i don’t know what is game club. i want to refund all deducted balance.

I want to refund all deduction which is deducted for game club service. it is unnecessary and useless for me and i want to refund my all deducted amount.
