I have been deducted 60 Rs for an unavailed service called ‘Ask an Expert’. Each time i have been given various reasons as to how it has been activated!! Unprofessional, pathetic customer care response. I was promise refund of 30Rs, but what followed was a further deduction of 30Rs and the same service was activated again!! I am Frustrated and looking to change my service provider. This is happening for the 3rd or 4th time in the past month.
If professional enough, pls refund my 60Rs. My first complaint reference number raised on the 4th of August is CBDOV20804892136.
My number is +91 9840978079. I have been unable to reach any of the Customer care executive’s for the past one day. My balance has been reduced to 0.80RS in the space of 24 hrs. It’s not the 60Rs that concerns me, but the callous attitude and unprofessional service that is being rendered by AIRTEL. Frustrated and angry beyond words!! Do get back immediately with a solution to this.
